City Osteopaths Healthcare Late notice Cancelation and Failed to Attend Policy
This Policy applies to all patients enrolled at City Osteopaths and in courses treated by the clinic in conjunction with satellite clinics.
1. Cancelling and Rescheduling. Customers may cancel or reschedule without penalty by notifying us at least 48 hours before their scheduled appointment or reservation time.
2. Late Cancellation*. Cancellations are considered “late” when the customer does not cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment or reservation time. Late cancellations will result in the customer being charged a fee of up to 100% of the price of the scheduled service or event.
3. Missed Appointments*. If a customer misses their scheduled appointment or reservation without cancelling or rescheduling, they will be charged up to 100% of the price of the scheduled service or event.
4. Booking Fees. Any booking fees charged to the customer for scheduling a reservation or an appointment are non-refundable upon cancellation within any timeframe. However, they will stay as a credit if more than 48 hours notice is given.
5. Provider Cancellation. If, for any reason, we need to move your scheduled appointment or reservation, we will notify patients as soon as possible and will work with them to reschedule. We will also offer alternative appointments with other practitioners if the appointment is urgent and the patient is happy and willing to see someone else.
6. Fee Waiver. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to waive any fee or penalty assessed hereunder for any reason we deem sufficient and reasonable.
*We will still take into account illness and unforeseen circumstances, we do not want to have sick and infectious people in the clinic that may cause others (clients and staff) to become unwell.
