Emma completed her five years of full-time study in 2017 with Bachelor of Clinical Sciences and a Master of Osteopathic Medicine. Her passion for movement led her to complete a diploma in rehabilitation Pilates teaching, which she incorporates into her treatment approach. More recently, she pursued a postgraduate Master’s in Chronic Pain Management through the University of Sydney, further expanding her expertise in supporting those with persistent pain.
Emma has has worked in multiple clinics across Australia, refining her skills and deepening her passion for osteopathy. In 2023, she relocated to Wellington to join the team at City Osteopaths.
Emma is dedicated to helping people find relief from pain and achieve optimal health. She takes an individualised approach to care, tailoring treatment to each person’s specific needs, circumstances, and goals. She utilises a combination of structural and cranial techniques to restore balance in the body, promote healing, and support pain management. Alongside hands-on treatment, she is passionate about educating and empowering patients to take an active role in their health and recovery.
Emma enjoys treating a wide range of musculoskeletal concerns, from acute injuries to complex, chronic conditions. Outside the clinic, you’ll often find her exploring new places, getting out in nature, or practicing Pilates.
