Ralf Hawley Wellington is the hyperbaric technician at City Osteopaths in Breaker Bay, where he supports patients undergoing treatment for a wide range of conditions—including concussion and long COVID. He finds satisfaction in guiding patients through their first hyperbaric oxygen therapy session, especially when they arrive feeling anxious or uncertain. Helping individuals move from a state of low mood or distress to one of optimism and improved well-being is something Ralf deeply values. Outside of work, Ralf enjoys an active lifestyle that includes mountain biking, tramping and gardening. He is also handy around the house, fixing all kinds of things.

A daily swim in the sea with his Cavoodle, Ruby, is a ritual Ralf considers essential. The impact of cold water immersion on his physical and mental well-being is something he describes as truly profound and he is always keen to talk about sea swimming!
