Andre Kulesza, M.Ost, Reg Osteopath
Master of Osteopathy – British College of Osteopathic Medicine (BCOM)
Move better. Feel stronger. Live without pain.
Andre Kulesza is an experienced osteopath who helps people get back to doing what they love; whether that’s performing at their best, keeping up with the kids, or simply waking up without pain.
He graduated from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine (BCOM) in 2015 and began his career working with the charity Freedom From Torture, helping survivors of trauma recover movement, confidence, and trust in their bodies. That experience shaped his belief that true healing goes beyond the physical — it’s about restoring balance, resilience, and quality of life.
After moving into private practice, Andre became director of a busy London clinic, treating everyone from Team GB athletes and professional rugby players to world-class ballet dancers and busy professionals. His hands-on experience with elite performers gave him a deep understanding of how the body responds to stress, repetition, and recovery; lessons he now applies to every patient, no matter their background.
Andre’s approach is both scientific and compassionate. He uses precise osteopathic techniques to release tension and restore alignment, while also guiding patients through movement, posture, and breathing practices that support long-term change. Having been trained as a Wim Hof Method instructor, he teaches simple tools to boost energy, reduce stress, and strengthen both body and mind.
Andre brings his global experience to a local setting — helping people of all ages and abilities move freely, recover faster, and build lasting resilience.
