It's that busy time of year again and often stressful. We recommend a very good plan is to have a treatment with one of our wonderful practitioners to de stress before Christmas Day.
We have the very last appointments filling up fast so to help yourself out, do give us a call or send an email when you have a moment.
In the meantime, if you are feeling overwhelmed, keep breathing into your belly, making the out breath longer than your in breath as this will help you relax (technically speaking it will encourage the parasympathetic aspect of your autonomic nervous system to boost up and improve your relaxation response).
If you can't get in before Christmas then please know we close at midday on Christmas Eve and are then open with Osteopaths working between Christmas and the 4th of January on these days:
Tuesday 29th, Wednesday 30th and Thursday 31st.
Then we open again for the year with normal hours from the 5th of January.
After Christmas and in January is a fabulous time to come in, park right outside and let us help you get pain free and more healthy so you can enjoy your work or time off over summer.
