Hi there, I have produced an A4 sheet for our patients to use as they go through this video or as a reminder when they practice the exercises without the video.
I come from a long line of people with bunions in our family. In fact the last four generations of women in my family are known to have or have had bad bunions.
When I started to develop bunions with wearing heels to dance the Tango, it became very painful to even walk so I stopped wearing high heels and figured out a way to treat my own bunions.
My bunions are now pretty much gone as you can see in the video and cause me no pain at all walking or during any other movement. I have also treated many people in our practice who have bunions and showed them how to work on their own feet.
I thought I would share what to do, as I hope it will help more people and decrease people's suffering and the incidence of surgery.
If you are having trouble getting your feet able to do any of the exercises in the video or if you are not sure about anything, then I recommend you come in and see one of our wonderful osteopaths who can give you a copy of the A4 sheet and help your feet gain the mobility and strength you need to be successful in the exercises and reduce your bunion.
