Let's get all kids sleeping well again!
If you or your children have been inflicted with the nasty coughing bug that has been going around in Wellington, then I suggest you try some of this special arnica cream. We discovered this recently on our own children when they were coughing at night, we rubbed this cream on their upper back and the cough would stop for the rest of the night. It meant they could get proper sleep and get better and we could sleep too. I then suggested this to patients and parents of coughing children and they have all found it works so well, I decided to share it. The cream is all organic, NZ made and paraben free. It is sold from our reception and only costs $15 for the jar.

I had an older patient in the practice last week with a full thickness supraspinatus tear (top of the shoulder and shoulder tip) which has been causing pain when sleeping on that shoulder and pain on driving. Good to read this research from Bone and Joint, that conservative treatment outcomes are so positive, as many people are understandably not keen on surgery.
